About this site:

This site was originally created as a term project for Horticulture & Crop Science 560- Computers in Horticultural Management, at the Ohio State University.  This course was taught by Dr. Tim Rhodus, Professor of Horticulture and Crop Science.   The first goal for the project was to provide a poinsettia disease information resource. The second goal for the project was to provide a means for preliminary diagnosis of disease.

With the support of Dr. Rhodus, the project was continued in Plant Pathology 501- Diseases of Ornamentals, and Plant Pathology 603- Plant Disease Management.  These classes were taught by Dr. Steve Nameth and Dr. Richard M. Reidel, respectively.    Dr. Nameth provided slides that appear as images with several of the disease profiles.

The site was created using Netscape Composer.
